The Star Entertainment Group is seeking a People Coordinator to act as a point of contact for general administration and employee services requests, including supporting some employee relations queries.
A few of your responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Manager People Partnerships and Employee Relations, you will provide overall logistical and administration support to the People Partnership team on all matters and projects.
- Provide support and advice to leaders on low risk and low complex Employee Relations (ER) matters.
- Provide initial guidance and advice to leaders and team members on the interpretation and application of company policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the wider People Partnerships Team ensuring our HRIS data reflects the current structure of the business.
- Support the People Partnerships team in a range of broad generalist People activities.
What we are looking for:
- You will need to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a high attention to detail.
- Your role will require speed of response, and proven success in a high-volume transactional environment, where you have juggled multiple priorities successfully.
