As our Food & Beverage Supervisor reporting to the Venue Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire the Sports Bar team, providing a positive and memorable guest experience.

A few of your responsibilities:
- Monitor the quality of food and beverage service to ensure high standards are always maintained
- Supervise team members and assist the leadership team with any training and development needed for team members
- Ensure a high level of guest experience is always provided in the venues and is professional, hospitable, timely, effective, and efficient
- Set specific daily performance objectives for all team members and supervise the service flow
- Make recommendations to the Venue Manager that will assist in maximising revenue and minimise costs to meet company and division budgets
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in a similar role, managing large teams with confidence and effectiveness
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment while juggling multiple tasks seamlessly
- Have 24/7 availability and adaptability to various scheduling needs
- Expertise in bars and building rapport with a diverse range of guests, ensuring exceptional experiences for everyone
- Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards

You bring a wealth of experience in Food & Beverage leadership, ideally from high-volume bars, restaurants, or hotels. Your leadership style is inspiring, and your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to connect effortlessly with guests and create memorable experiences. Energised by challenges, passionate about your work, and always eager to exceed expectations, you are a natural problem-solver committed to continuous learning and growth.
