As our Governance Reporting Analyst reporting to the Governance Manager, you will be responsible for providing governance reporting analysis to support the Governance Manager in ensuring a high standard and effectiveness of governance and project management for all transformation activities. 

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will aintain functional relationships with all stakeholders in order to gather information, understand stakeholder interest, maintain an up to date understanding of the various  business units and their operations, and manage expectations with these stakeholders

 

This role is an 18-month Max term contract

 

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Assist the Governance Manager with the transformation delivery, including assistance with the preparation of key governance forums as well as regular and ad-hoc meetings with key internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare reporting on transformation roadmap progress to internal stakeholders (incl. Boards, Executive Team).
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
  • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives/projects simultaneously.
  • Liaise closely with the Governance Manager regarding prioritisation and estimation of levels of effort, and risk and cost of implementation.
  • Identify issues and risks, ensuring that they are appropriately captured raised and actioned.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective governance
  • Demonstrated ability to work within tight timeframes and regularly monitor deliverables
  • Experience in dealing with regulators and/or Independent Monitors
  • Computer literacy skills, e.g. Advanced skills in the use of MS Office Suite; email; and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment and source cooperation from the relevant stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership to resolve upcoming challenges

You are a detail-oriented and analytical thinker with a strong background in data reporting, compliance, and risk management. Skilled in transforming complex data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and regulatory adherence.

Your role will be pivotal in driving impactful outcomes and shaping future solutions by enhancing governance frameworks, ensuring transparency, and delivering accurate, timely reporting across key business functions.
