As our Director Cashier Services, you will lead the cashier services and count functions, drive improvements, and ensuring consistency in processes and controls. You will continue to strengthen the platform for managing cash operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and protecting business assets.

A few of your responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the implementation of business plans, strategies and activities to drive efficiency, transparency, control, and productivity
- Use analytics and industry best practices to identify opportunities for business improvement focused on cash management optimization and compliance
- Ensure redesigned processes meet the requirements of relevant state regulators and the AML/CTF requirements
- Collaborate with cross functional teams ensuring alignment of strategies
- Lead the selection, training and development of a large and diverse team
What we will be looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership capacity in the Casino Industry with both strategic and tactical planning skills
- Proven people management experience including driving team member engagement, capability, development and managing performance
- Ability to develop productive relationships with key stakeholders and influence to inspire change
- Detailed understanding of all relevant statutory requirements, company policies, and procedures, including Anti-money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing
- Tertiary qualifications in a commercial or business field, Gaming Management or Accounting desirable
- Currently hold or ability to obtain a KE (Key Employee) license
