As an Electronic Gaming Host, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our Gaming Machine area while providing a world class experience for our guests. You will help to resolve minor machine faults, perform pay outs of jackpots and assist guests with their enquiries.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with our local, interstate and international guests.

A few of your responsibilities: 

  • Assist guests with enquiries relating to gaming machines, promotions and general enquiries
  • Resolve minor machines faults
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role
  • Ensure gaming areas are maintained and well presented
  • Maintain familiarity with The Star Gold Coast property, services, tournaments and current promotional events

What we are looking for:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
  • Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and meet guests' needs
  • Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster
  • Eligible to obtain a Casino Employee license (which includes thorough background checks)
