As our Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will lead the operations across a diverse portfolio of dynamic restaurants and lively bars. From intimate fine dining to vibrant casual eateries, you'll ensure every guest experience exceeds expectations while leading a dedicated team of hospitality professionals.

A few of your responsibilities:
- Partner with the Director of Food & Beverage to elevate service standards across our venues, ensuring consistent quality delivery that aligns with strategic business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualise, develop and launch innovative dining concepts that create destination experiences for guests
- Implement marketing plans, innovative promotions and menu concepts that drive profitability and establish market-leading dining experiences
- Maintain RSA compliance, liquor licensing responsibilities, and regulatory standards while upholding safety and sustainability
- Conduct regular inspections, taste tests and facility assessments to guarantee exceptional food, beverage and service consistency
What we are looking for:
- Extensive Food & Beverage leadership experience with in-depth knowledge of fine dining, casual dining & bar service
- Demonstrated expertise in driving business growth through strategic revenue generation and cost control initiatives
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests and team members
- Strong stakeholder management experience, people leadership and team engagement skills
- Highly organised, accountable, and eager, with a high attention to detail
- Accreditation in Responsible Service of Alcohol – RMLV/Approved Manager (essential) coupled with a tertiary qualification in business or related field (highly regarded)
- Flexible availability to meet business demands
