The Senior Vice President Guest Development & Experience reports directly to the General Manager Gaming Guest Development & Experience.
As a results-driven professional leading our Premium Guest team, this role will ensure sales targets are met while exceeding guest expectations. This role plays a pivotal part in activating gaming revenue across key business segments and expanding our reach within regional markets.

A few of your responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the Premium Sales & Guest Experience team to deliver exceptional service and achieve defined revenue targets.
- Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing plans to grow market share, increase customer engagement, and boost profitability across premium gaming segments.
- Take end-to-end accountability for revenue growth within local premium gaming segments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Cultivate strong commercial relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support brand and business goals.
- Analyse performance trends, customer behaviour, and marketing effectiveness to recommend and implement strategies that enhance guest experience and drive business results.
What we will be looking for:
- 10+ years Sales, marketing and/or guest relations experience
- Gaming experience and Responsible Gaming Liaison Officer (RGLO) training preferred
- Commercial acumen strongly aligned with achieving results
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching capability, with strong mentoring, motivation, conflict resolution, and influencing skills to foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture
- Strategic and commercial acumen, showcasing sales expertise, financial literacy, and a commitment to organisational values and behaviours
