The People Services Administrator, reporting to the General Manager People Operations, will serve as a key contact for general administrative tasks and employee service inquiries. Additionally, the role will support the Talent Acquisition team with contract execution and other administrative duties.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for our People Operations team.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Provide accurate administration support for employee data, including contracts, terminations, internal transfers and leave
- Prepare and issue employment agreements and updates
- Maintain up-to-date employee records
- Respond to queries as needed
- Recommend improvements to People Services processes and policies
What we will be looking for:
- Familiar with ERP systems, in particular Oracle
- HR, Business, or related degree preferred
- 1+ years’ HR experience
- Knowledge of Australian employment legislation
- Proven ability to manage high workloads and meet deadlines with accuracy

You’re a detail-oriented and proactive administrator with a passion for delivering exceptional employee support. With experience in HR or a similar role, you’re confident managing employment contracts, maintaining accurate employee records, and handling a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency and care.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
