We’re seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our gaming product strategy, focusing on both table games and electronic gaming to enhance customer satisfaction and drive growth. This role involves optimizing product mix, floor layout, pricing, and performance settings while ensuring a seamless and engaging gaming experience. To succeed, you’ll need strong gaming industry experience, analytical and leadership skills, and the ability to adapt strategies to meet evolving customer and market demands.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a commercial gaming role related to product development and optimisation is preferred
• Deep understanding of regulatory environment, casino rules and product regulations and reporting requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Unrivalled attention to detail and results orientated
• Demonstrated success in effective interpretation of market and customer data to drive increased revenue and improve marketing effectiveness
• Degree qualification within a commercial discipline, desirable
