As our Test Manager, reporting to the Head of Quality Engineering, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all testing activities that support the delivery of outcomes across the business portfolio.

This is a fantastic opportunity to ensure that solutions and changes scheduled for release meet all quality, performance, architectural, and functional requirements, and are fully fit for business use..

A few of your responsibilities:         

  • Take ownership of all test activities within a portfolio of products, planning and overseeing testing for BAU and Project work
  • The development of a COE testing assurance process that delivers quality end-to-end quality assurance processes and effective system testing.
  • Drive and own the development of an implementation of standardised policies, methods, practices and supporting tools for the testing of systems development products.
  • Lead, manage & support development of Senior / Test Analysts that are assigned to their team end to end management of direct reports, including talent identification and career progression
  • Identify improvement areas and foster the implementation of testing methods and practices that support the technical Services vision.
  • Build a strong relationship/rapport with key business & IT stakeholders.
  • Effective relationship management and resource utilisation of the accredited test facility (ATF) to ensure regulatory requirements are satisfied.

What we are looking for:

  • Solid commercial IT experience, industry knowledge and at least 5 – 7 years managing & leading testing the test function, coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications or Business Experience
  • Strong People leadership & influencing skills
  • 3+ years of leading a team of Test Analysts
  • Strong technical documentation/interpretation skills
  • This role focuses on products in the Gaming sector so relevant experience is desired but not essential

You are experienced in leading the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality testing strategies across complex projects and systems. You bring a strong focus on quality assurance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement, ensuring that testing processes align with business objectives and technical requirements. Your role involves managing test teams, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and overseeing the development of test plans, cases, and automation frameworks.

Your role will be pivotal in driving impactful outcomes and shaping future solutions by championing best practices, leveraging data-driven insights, and fostering a culture of quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
