The Housekeeping Services Room Attendant, reporting to the Housekeeping Services Supervisor, will contribute to a positive customer experience by delivering high-quality service with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for our housekeeping team.

A few of your responsibilities  

  • Deliver timely, effective, and efficient customer service that meets both guest needs and corporate standards
  • Address customer queries and complaints with tact, escalating issues and providing regular feedback to the Supervisor
  • Clean and service rooms, apartments, corridors, balconies, and pantries to The Star standards; update room status via phone
  • Handle guest belongings with care while working in rooms
  • Report all lost and found items to Security

What we are looking for 

  • Experience in a housekeeping function
  • Ability to work in a team environment

You are a dedicated and customer-focused Room Attendant who takes pride in delivering high-quality service with efficiency and care. 

With a strong attention to detail, you maintain cleanliness across rooms and shared spaces to meet The Star’s standards, while treating guest belongings with respect.
