As the Director of Food & Beverage, you will be a hands-on leader with a passion and drive for the hospitality industry. You’ll bring experience leading large-scale operations across integrated resort functions or multi-venue hotels, and a genuine commitment to developing talent and investing in your people. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead with energy – Inspire and drive momentum across all F&B operations, keeping things moving and teams motivated 

  • Empower your leaders – Nurture and support Operational Leaders to deliver exceptional guest experiences 

  • Plan with precision – Strategically organise resources, staffing, and logistics to ensure smooth daily operations 

  • Build strong connections – Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders across the business 

  • Own the strategy – Take charge of both day-to-day and long-term F&B operations, compliance, training, and quality 

  • Drive performance – Champion business success by enhancing team satisfaction, guest experience, and operational excellence 

  • Stay aligned – Ensure all activities meet brand standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements 

What are we looking for? 

  • Previous Food & Beverage industry experience in a senior leadership role 

  • Desire to build strong relationships with your team and encourage growth & success 

  • Proven experience in planning and resourcing for people and products, whilst managing labour costs and operating expenses 

  • Strong experience in Food & Beverage promotions, marketing activity and launching of new outlets 

  • Strong project management and leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire others  

  • Demonstrated ability to build a strong and guest focused environment in multiple venue
