The Contracts Officer, reporting to the Senior Manager Contracts, Supply Chain & Retail, will provide administrative support for contract management and contribute an operational perspective to supplier and vendor agreements.

This role presents a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the overall guest experience, by leveraging your strengths in contract management, problem solving skills, attention to detail and using initiative.

A few of your responsibilities

  • Support the Contracts Manager in assisting business owners with key contract deliverables, including execution, negotiation, and administrative tasks
  • Educate and collaborate with internal stakeholders on contract terms, operational options and strategies to maximise value by ensuring contractors meet their KPI obligations
  • Foster strong supplier relationships to enable effective communication, operational efficiency, and seamless BAU contract management to help deliver exceptional guest experience
  • Provide day-to-day oversight of Soft Facilities Management contracts, including contract interpretation and promoting best-practice contract management across the business
  • Co-ordinate regular meetings with suppliers and business owners to maintain strong relationships, clear communication, and ensure ongoing KPI compliance

What we will be looking for

  • Considerable experience in contract management, property management and guest experience, ideally in a supervisory or management role
  • Strong understanding of supplier and vendor relationships within the hospitality, hotels and entertainment industries
