The Gaming Services Host role reports directly to the Gaming Services Supervisor and you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and providing a positive and memorable guest experience through proactively engaging with our guests.

A few of your responsibilities
- Sign up memberships, meet and greet guests across the private gaming floor areas
- Promote and provide feedback on all customer related service programs.
- Clearly always demonstrate to customers and team members a commitment to service excellence through the effective implementation and delivery of the Star Values.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to achieve established service standards and repeat business.
- Handle customer service queries and concerns with diplomacy and tact and provide appropriate responses in line with established SOPs including escalation of issues as required.
What are we looking for?
- Must be able to work on a rotating roster
- Experience in a guest service-related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy essential
