Join our team at The Star Brisbane as a Food Safety & Audit Manager and help lead food safety compliance, training, and internal audit excellence in one of Australia’s most dynamic hospitality precincts.
As a member of the Food & Beverage Assurance team, you will be essential in upholding high food safety standards across more than 30 venues. Your responsibilities will include ensuring daily compliance, leading internal audits, overseeing HACCP certification, and conducting risk assessments as part of the HACCP Team. Additionally, you will be involved in investigating food safety incidents and utilizing data-driven insights to inform operational improvements.

What We’re Looking For:
- HACCP Certified (required)
- Internal Auditor Certification (required)
- Food Safety Supervisor Certification (advantageous)
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (mandatory)
- RMLV desirable (but not essential)
- Experience in food manufacturing and hospitality compliance (highly regarded)
- Proficient with Microsoft tools and iPad-based apps - advanced Excel (advantageous)
- Strong communicator with coaching and training experience
