As a Hotel Assistant Manager, you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of the luxury offerings available at The Star Residences. Working alongside a dedicated team of professionals, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and an unparalleled guest experience in one of the most iconic and prestigious properties on the Gold Coast.

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring operational excellence
- Lead and support the development of team members to ensure career growth
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and tact
- Maintain accurate duty manager logbooks
What we are looking for:
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role within the luxury hotel industry
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a customer-centric approach
- Knowledge of Opera property management system
- Flexible availability to work a rotating roster inclusive of evenings and weekends
