As a Cashier Services Duty Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Casino Cage and Keno services. Reporting to the Director Cashier Services, you will be responsible for leading a team of Cashiers & Cashier Supervisors, providing leadership, guidance, and support to maintain high standards of customer service, compliance, and operational excellence.

A few of your responsibilities:
- Coordination of daily operations inclusive of team member scheduling and professional development
- Drive continuous improvement through process change, management of costs and review of guest experience
- Establish and maintain patron accounts in compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
- Supervise and guide the team, fostering a proactive and high-performance environment
- Collaborate with various departments, including Security and Surveillance to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the compliance requirements relating to the Casino Control Act 1982, associated Legislation and the System of Accounting and Internal Control
What we will be looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership capacity in the Casino Industry, preferably within Cash Operations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive team member engagement, development and manage performance
- Detailed understanding of Casino Control Act 1982 and compliance requirements
- Flexible availability to work across a 24-hour/7-day roster that will include nights, weekends and public holidays
- Eligible to obtain a Casino Key Employee license (which includes thorough background checks)
