What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a guest service, customer service, or hospitality-focused role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of guests.
• Previous exposure to a hospitality, gaming, or entertainment environment is highly regarded.
• Experience working in a TAB environment is highly desirable
• A proactive and guest-focused approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and deliver memorable experiences.
