As an Event Services Captain, you'll support our dedicated food and beverage team in crafting outstanding events that exceed guest expectations. From intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations, you'll help ensure every detail runs smoothly while maintaining our high standards of service excellence.

A few of your responsibilities

• Support the Event Services Assistant Floor Manager to achieve the smooth operation of events, ensuring flawless coordination and delivery
• Lead a dedicated events team, fostering a collaborative and guest-centric environment
• Provide on-the-job support and development to the events team
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety regulations

• Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
• Proven ability to build productive relationships with both team members and clients
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
