Overnight Porter | The Star Brisbane

As an Overnight Porter, you'll be one of the first and last points of contact for our guests, helping create memorable experiences from arrival through to departure. In this varied role, you'll assist with luggage, valet parking, guest enquiries, and wayfinding, while providing exceptional service and local recommendations. You'll ensure all guest interactions are handled professionally, maintain a strong knowledge of the hotel and its facilities, and support the Doorman team as required to deliver a seamless guest experience.

This is an overnight, permanent part-time opportunity.

What We’re Looking For:

• A sincere dedication to delivering exceptional customer service 
• Prior experience in a similar capacity  
• Valid driver's licence  
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills  
• Affinity for the Brisbane area, including knowledge of the local community and its surroundings 
• Strong organizational skills for coordinating guest requests and tasks  
• Ability to work seamlessly within a team environment
