As a Surveillance Digital Technician, you will be at the forefront of our security efforts, utilising the latest in surveillance and security technology to protect our assets and people. You will optimise the use of current and emerging surveillance equipment, ensuring that our systems are always operating at peak efficiency to maintain the integrity of our operations.

A few of your responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve faults, maintenance requests and equipment failures with the Surveillance CCTV, Access control and Alarm system, and other associated Surveillance systems
- Provide technical support and training to operational teams using any surveillance managed systems
- Conduct preventative maintenance to CCTV cameras and system, and access control and alarm systems, including hardware replacement programs
- Assist with system updates throughout projects to reflect the operational layout of the system
- Assist the Surveillance leadership team with various projects, ensuring timely completion and within allocated budgets
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and WH&S requirements
What are we looking for
- Experience with enterprise CCTV and access control systems and large-scale sites
- Installation/Servicing/Commissioning experience with Gallagher, Honeywell EBI, Avigilon VMS
- Capability to install all types of electronic & IP based security components, maglocks, electric strikes, card readers, CCTV cameras, etc
- Certification in CCTV Installation or Security Equipment (highly regarded)
- Experience with IP Networking, Windows Administration (Active Directory), Electronic repairs and fault finding
- Strong understanding of relevant statutory regulations and reporting requirements
- Ability to ensure compliance with business and departmental policies and procedures
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Currently hold or ability to obtain a KE (Key Employee) license (which includes thorough background checks)
- Available to work a full-time Monday to Friday roster with flexibility to attend callouts as required
