As a Guest Services Attendant in our Entertainment team, you will form an integral part of our front of house customer service experience for our world class productions at The Star Gold Coast. The successful applicant for this role will need to be dynamic, well presented and pro-active to the needs of our guests. 

A few of your responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests by escorting them to seats, resolving inquiries, and handling concerns professionally
  • Maintain changes made due to customer's needs and expectations
  • Perform general cleaning & housekeeping duties, while always maintaining a high level of presentation for The Star Theatre
  • Actively promote upcoming events in the Theatre and keep up to date on the current property wide promotions and facilities
  • Assist in emergency response procedures, including guiding patrons during evacuations and ensuring safety protocols are followed
