Join The Star Gold Coast as the Trust Accounts Officer, where you will ensure all trust monies are handled with accuracy, transparency, and full compliance with Queensland legislation. Working closely with our finance, property management, and letting teams, you’ll help maintain the highest standards of accountability while supporting smooth, efficient operations across our properties.
This role supports a substantial letting pool of approximately 400 short- and long-term keys across two premium residential towers and is backed by an experienced property management and finance team.

What we are looking for
- Strong understanding of QLD trust accounting principles and relevant legislation (Agents Financial Administration Act, Property Occupations Act, Residential Tenancies Act)
- Proven experience in trust accounting, and accounts administration within a property management environment
- High attention to detail with strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Experience with systems such as SIHOT, Reapit, Oracle or similar (highly regarded), complemented with strong excel skills
