As a Field Services Engineer, you will deliver hands-on technical support, equipment deployment, and incident resolution, partnering with stakeholders to keep systems running smoothly.
This is a fantastic opportunity to drive the seamless delivery of specialised IT Field Services and provide reliable, high-quality technology support.
A few of your responsibilities
- Provide timely and efficient IT service resolution for supported equipment and environments
- Deploy, configure, re-image and decommission IT equipment in line with asset management processes
- Troubleshoot IT infrastructure, desktop systems and software, providing 2nd level support where required
- Adhere to Incident, Change and Problem Management processes, including accurate record keeping in ServiceNow
- Ensure strict escalation, stakeholder communication and handover processes are followed
What are we looking for
- Demonstrated experience in IT Service Support with strong knowledge of networks, desktop environments and operating systems
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Qualification within IT, MCSE, MCSA, CCNA and/or ITIL Foundations certification (highly regarded)
- Currently hold, or ability to obtain a Queensland Casino Employee (CE) Licence (which includes thorough background checks)
- Flexible availability to work across a 24-hour/7-day roster
