As a Premium Services Host, you will be the face of our Premium Services team, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our valued guests. You will assist with guest enquiries, Star Club memberships and account services, while building strong relationships that encourage repeat visitation and loyalty.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll provide accurate information about our property, promotions and offerings, while maintaining guest records and completing administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy. Above all, you will ensure every interaction reflects The Star Brisbane's commitment to outstanding guest experiences and service excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive experience in a guest service, hospitality, hotel, or customer-facing environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with a diverse range of guests.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency using a range of computer systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts as required.
