Join The Star Gold Coast as a Reservations Agent Group Bookings, where you will play a key role in delivering a seamless accommodation booking experience for our group clients. Working closely with Sales, Event Planning and Front Office teams, you will manage group reservation requirements from initial handover through to arrival and departure, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maximising revenue opportunities.

What we are looking for
- Previous experience in a hotel reservations, front office, or group bookings environment
- Strong customer service, communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Opera, Respak, ASEM or similar reservations systems
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach with the ability to identify upselling opportunities and deliver exceptional client experiences
