Regulatory Coordinator

Join The Star Brisbane as a Regulatory Coordinator and play a key role in supporting our regulatory and licensing obligations across one of Australia’s leading entertainment destinations. In this detail-focused role, you'll coordinate licensing processes, maintain regulatory records and databases, and assist with statutory reporting to ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.

Working closely with the Regulatory and Licensing teams, you'll support regulatory submissions, employee licensing processes, and key compliance initiatives across the property. You'll build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies while helping to ensure our operations meet the highest standards of governance and compliance. What we’re looking for:

• Experience in administration, compliance, regulatory coordination, or a similar role, ideally within a highly regulated environment.
• An understanding of relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, and compliance processes, with the ability to maintain accurate and confidential records.
• Working knowledge of HR or workforce management systems, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative and high-performing team.

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline will be highly regarded, and experience within the casino, hospitality, or gaming industry is advantageous.
