Join our team as the Facility Cleaning Supervisor at The Star Brisbane.
The Star Brisbane is Australia’s newest entertainment hub at the heart of the new Queen’s Wharf Brisbane precinct. The first phase is now open, with more venues and experiences on the way. The Star Brisbane offers a variety of new dining, bars, and unique entertainment options. It also includes a five-star luxury hotel, The Star Grand, and a state-of-the-art Event Centre.
This transformational project has brought even more excitement and anticipation to burgeoning Brisbane. It will redefine how people play, shop, and socialise in the river city.
We are currently looking for Facility Cleaning Supervisors to join the leadership team at The Star Brisbane.
The successful applicant for this role will report to the Facilities Operations Manager and is accountable for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning of all public areas within The Star Brisbane.
A few of your responsibilities
What we will be looking for
You will have previous supervisory experience in a cleaning role within a five-star property or integrated resort or similar industry experience. In addition, you will have experience in improving operational efficiency, elevating guest experiences, and maintaining the highest level of cleanliness. You will bring a collaborative and welcoming mindset and thrive in a team environment. You will have a demonstrated understanding of relevant industry regulatory requirements with experience embedding these requirements as part of your ways of working.

The $3.6 billion Queen’s Wharf Brisbane development is being delivered by Destination Brisbane Consortium – a joint venture led by The Star Entertainment Group alongside its partners. When complete, Queen’s Wharf Brisbane will deliver four new luxury hotels, more than 50 new food and beverage experiences, significant luxury retail, the restoration of nine heritage buildings and around 1,500 residential apartments.
