As our Change Manager, reporting to the Head of Change Management, you will be responsible for enabling our governance, risk and internal audit programs to meet their objectives by leading business associates through the process, system and behavioural changes required to successfully achieve the projects outcome.

It is a fantastic opportunity to build change capability within the organisation, reducing resistance to change and ensuring business outcomes are achieved.

 

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the change management activities across remediation into successful business operations, including documenting and evidencing change artefacts.
  • Design change management strategies and create targeted change management plans
  • Facilitate and conduct focused groups to gather insights, feedback, and perspectives from targeted participant groups within safer gambling
  • Conduct change readiness assessments
  • Support the business in driving successful performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of change initiatives and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful adoption and sustainability.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Extensive experience in change management within corporate governance, risk and internal audit programs
  • Industry recognised certifications such as CMI certification and proficiency in change management methodologies (e.g., Kotter, ADKAR, PROSCI) are highly desirable
  • Proven experience in effectively managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers
  • Established track record of delivering change aligned with business and project objectives

 

About you:

You will exhibit an 'advanced' level of proficiency across all standard change management key knowledge areas, with a particular emphasis on corporate governance, risk and internal audit programs change and should be adept at applying these skills throughout all stages of the project delivery lifecycle.
