As a Property Operations Technician (Electrician), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of electrical systems across our property. You will complete field inspections, trouble shoot in the event of building faults and make applicable recommendation to the Property Operations Leadership.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will showcase your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues, minimising downtime and ensuring business continuity
  • Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical systems, identifying potential risks and implementing proactive measures to mitigate them
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of all electrical work performed, adhering to strict quality and safety protocols
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to colleagues, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures

What are we looking for:

  • Recognised trade qualification as an Electrician, with a current Electrical License
  • Proven experience in electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in a commercial or industrial setting
  • Demonstrated working knowledge and experience in fault diagnostic
  • Ability to identify hazards and risks and provide appropriate control measures
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays as required
