In this newly created position, as a People Operations Coordinator, reporting into a People Partner Manager you will provide support to entire Brisbane People Operations team on all matters across the employee lifecycle. You will assist Talent Acquisition in administering police checks and creating employment contracts, answer queries relating to HR policies, assist People Partners with milestone activities such as bi-annual performance reviews and support the People Operations team with administration and projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administer Reward & Recognition programs including Star Awards, Milestone Anniversaries, Instant Rewards and Annual Gala.
- Manage the Star Referral program, including the generation of team member rewards and enquiries.
- Manage benefits partners and communication, including maintaining the intranet and support on any benefit administration as required.
- Provide efficient and accurate administration support for all employee information management, including employment contracts, separations, employee movements, leave and global mobility activities assigned to the team.
- Communicate with new hires in the People Ops team, internal transfers and contractors to collect, review, and process their documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
You have:
- Previous experience in a large and complex organisation within an Administration, Coordination, HR or Legal Support position.
- Basic to intermediate expertise with the Microsoft Office Suite, including beginner to intermediate level proficient with Excel.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and customer service skills as you will be receiving tasks from numerous internal customers within the People Operations team.
- An exceptional eye for detail and ability to craft emails and other communications in a professional manner.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high workloads and conflicting deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy
- Proactive self-starter, with the demonstrated ability to use initiative in solving problems
- Ideally, you’ll have an undergraduate degree in HR, Business or a related discipline.
