As our Employee Dining Room Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our employee dining room, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and leading the Star Café F&B Attendants.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will take good care of our dedicated team members.

A few of your responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of the employee dining room, ensuring efficient service and adherence to health and safety standards
• Manage and motivate the team, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure consistent high-quality service
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies, ensuring efficient stock management
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to food safety and sanitation.

What are we looking for

• Proven supervisory experience in food and beverage, preferably in a high-volume environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry
• Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
