As our Risk Assurance Analyst, reporting to the Head of Risk Assurance, you will be responsible for conducting Line 2 risk assurance activities to validate compliance with regulatory requirements, assess the effectiveness of the risk management framework, and ensure the robustness of TSEG’s control environment. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining high standards of risk management and governance across the organisation.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Lead assurance projects from start to finish, ensuring thorough execution and reporting.
- Execute planned assurance reviews in accordance with the Assurance Methodology and committed review timeline.
- Prepare concise assurance work papers to evidence assurance work performed and compliance or control attributes assessed.
- Assist assurance managers in drafting review findings and assurance reports.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and best practice approaches to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance and proactive risk mitigation.
What we are looking for:
- At least 3 years’ experience in an assurance, compliance, or risk management role in a casino/gaming environment, bank, corporation, or government agency.
- Strong risk and control mindset with a good understanding of risk management frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report writing and presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with analytical software and database record management systems is desirable.

You have experience leading assurance projects from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process.
