The Asset Protection Planning Coordinator role reports directly to the Asset Protection Planning Manager and offers an extraordinary opportunity to manage the deployment of staff across the site whilst communicating with various stakeholders to meet the departmental objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for Security.
A few of your responsibilities:
- Effectively plan and coordinate daily security deployment needs by adhering to enterprise agreements, workforce management policies, budgets, and statutory requirements
- Keep key stakeholders informed about staffing changes, skill shortages, and upcoming roster cycles
- Source resources for overtime requirements based on business demands
- Manage daily inboxes and messaging systems, ensuring all requests are actioned promptly
What we are looking for:
- Current NSW Security Industry Licence, subclass 1A (or willingness to obtain)
- Current RSA and RCG
- Demonstrated experience in a rostering and planning environment (Preferred)
- Good knowledge & understanding of roster production systems (Desirable)
- Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Excel and other administrative tasks

You are able to collaborate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure all operational requirements are met. Your ability to adapt to changing demands and think analytically will see you excel in this multifaceted position.
